Do the recipients who receive my document need to pay anything?

No. When you request for someone to sign a document, they will receive an email notifying them of the signature request. All they need to do is open the document and sign. There is nothing they need to pay. Once they've signed, both you and the recipient automatically receive a copy of the document.

Does everyone signing the document need an iLovePDF account?

No. Your document will be sent via email and Receivers can review the document, and complete the signing process without having an iLovePDF account. Having an account allows you to track and download signed documents anytime, anywhere.

Are iLovePDF Signatures legally binding?
